terms and conditions

As a condition of entry to the car park you have read the Conditions of Parking-Exclusion of liability as displayed and it is deemed that you have accepted the terms. Details of the terms and conditional follow:

All vehicles that enter this car park are subject to these conditions. The company does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever to any motor vehicle, its accessories or contents or other property or for the death or injury suffered to any person.
The company at it's discretion may revoke its authority to use the car park at any time.
Not withstanding any demand or request to the contrary the company may move or drive any vehicle whilst it is left with the company or on the company's premises.
The company may deliver the motor vehicle to any person producing a claim check or offer such other evidence of ownership or authority or entitlement to receive the vehicle, as the company in its sole discretion deems satisfactory. The company may retain the vehicle until the claim is produced or until so satisfied/ or until the appropriate fee is paid in full. The company may at its discretion move your vehicle (including moving it to any location outside this car park), even if your vehicle is locked. If we move your vehicle, these conditions continue to apply. We are not liable for any damage caused to your vehicle when we move it.
The customer expressly acknowledges that if required, the claim check will be displayed so that it is clearly visible within the car or vehicle while parked in the company's premises. In all other circumstances the claim check will be the customer's responsibility and will be kept on the customer's person at all times.
Cars or vehicles are only to be parked as directed by the company.
No modification, variation or amendment of these conditions shall be valid unless made in writing, signed by both the customer and one of the company's directors.
With the exception of Permanent Account holders, the fee changed is for admittance and will be calculated according to the rates structure displayed at the premises and at the time a claim check is presented to the company on departure. The appropriate fee must be paid each time the vehicle is re-admitted. The maximum charge will be payable if no claim check is presented.
Access card and Account holders agree to be bound by these conditions. The company reserves the right to refuse access to any of its car parks if the account is in arrears at any time. The company may then at it's discretion apply daily rates to the account until paid in full.
The company may refuse to provide and account to a person, company or organisation at its sole discretion.
In the event that any of these conditions are illegal or not enforceable, the offending part is to be disregarded and does not affect the remaining part.
Each exclusion of our liability in these conditions is subject to any law that restricts or forbids that exclusion of liability including the Trace Practices Act and similar State Legislation.
